A local supplier with a sales area of 1,500 m², a bakery, a pharmacy and a drugstore will be built on the ground floor of the hill. Office uses are planned on two upper floors. A residential building stands on the hill as a reminiscence of the historical buildings on FRANKLIN.
The public building complex is cut through by the European axis, which FRANKLIN runs through from south to north as a central route connection. With its green surface, it forms a distinctive part of the open space planning at what will later be Franklin-Platz and contributes to the quality of stay.
The opening of the local supply center is planned for 2023. The project is being implemented by the developer 3iPro, who is currently realizing the E-building on TAYLOR. Talks are ongoing with another partner.
